I have a stream front lot in Saphire NC just a few miles east of Cashiers. The lot has paved access, city water, and approved for 3 bedroom. Lot is most level with large trees. Streams runs year round (10-12 feet wide and 6 inches deep). Stream runs thru middle of property. Lot (.87 ac) is in area of half million and up homes. Development has private lake plus all of Saphire Valley amenities. We have a house in Highlands NC and decided not to build in Saphire Valley.
